As I go deeper and deeper into my own healing inner journey, becoming closer to I Am than I ever have been before, there’s been one simple thing that’s made it sooo much easier for me.

Water.

Before I drink, I spend a few moments placing the thoughts of love, health and vitality into the water, knowing that as I drink it, it’s changing my body on a cellular level.

I also do this before I eat food.

Such a simple change, it takes almost no time at all.

But the effect is profound.

I feel that I’m growing younger instead of older.

You can also use this water healing method to manifest what you desire. 

If you’ve ever seen pictures from Dr. Emoto’s water experiments, you know that water changes shape to match our thoughts and emotions almost instantly. 

So if you think beautiful thoughts, the water becomes a light, gorgeous, sacred geometry.

If you think horrible thoughts, the water becomes dark and blob shaped.

Our bodies are more than 70% water. When you drink water, your cells receive it and recode to the energy of what you’ve just taken in.

If you’re not consciously encoding your water with positive thoughts and emotions, you are literally drinking the thoughts and emotions of the people who bottled it, transported it, and walked by it at the grocery store. Or if you’re drinking from the tap, which contains traces of antibiotics and pain killers people have peed into it, you can bet your bottom dollar that it hasn’t been transformed into a beautiful snowflake and looks more like a puke green blob.
 

This is all not even mentioning whatever you and your family happened to be thinking or feeling around the water - worries, doubts, fears? Money, health, relationship issues? It’s all right there, in your beautiful glass of water.

If you’re just drinking water willy nilly, manifestation is going to feel difficult for you and you’ll have to spend a lot of time visualizing and meditating every day, because you’re trying to change the shape of the water that’s already in your body, formed into organs, cells, skin, all of it! 

Think of it this way: If your goal is to get to your grandma’s house, manifesting without the water technique I’m about to show you is like trying to push a car out a muddy ditch yourself to get it back on the road so you can drive the rest of the way to grandma’s.

Where manifesting WITH the water technique is like sitting in the back of a limo sipping champagne while your private driver speeds you along the road to grandma’s house.

If you want to elevate your energy and manifestation power, spend 1-2 minutes after you pour a glass of water using this water manifestation technique:

And here’s a little bonus tip: You don’t have to do this every time you pour a glass of water. Get yourself a gallon glass jug and do it once in the morning and drink that water for the rest of the day.

1. The first step in the water manifestation technique is to pick up the glass 

2. Close your eyes

3. Set your intention. “I am consciously encoding this water with the energies to create this in my life: 

4. Spend 1 minute imagining yourself living your manifestations, health & vitality, love, dream house, car, partner, rocking body, piles of money, whatever it is that you desire.

5. Spend 1 minute feeling the feelings, the emotions of having these things in your body. If you got this manifestation, what emotions would you feel? Freedom? Joy? Love? Excitement? Peace? Relaxation? Sink into how AMAZING it feels to experience it. 

6. Then thank the water and drink! 

The more you use this water manifestation trick, the faster it works!
